Return Policy
A 30-day return policy is applied to all products. The only exceptions are final sale items. We are not able to accept returns for cash or credit from a gift recipient. We will gladly exchange the item for an exact replacement, or issue a credit against the credit card used to purchase the item.

Please call 1-877-484-5865 or e-mail a sales representative for a Return Authorization number. This RA number will need to be displayed on the box. You will also need a copy of your receipt in order to expedite your refund.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all instructions in original boxes and accessories such as keys, screws and mounting brackets. Within 30 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued in the manner in which it was paid (for example, credit card purchase will be issued a credit to that customers credit card). Shipping is paid by the customer for all returns. Shipping is not a refundable expense. Any shipping charges incurred by brunings.com from UPS or USPS shall be deducted from the refund. Should the merchandise not be returned in accordance with this policy brunings.com will charge the customer a restocking charge not to exceed 20%. ALL SALES MARKED AS FINAL will not be accepted for return.

Back Orders
In the event an item is not available at the time the order is placed, you will receive notification of its expected availability date. You do not need to take any action unless you would like to cancel the order. We will notify you of the status of the item and advise you when it ships. You will not be charged for items on back-order until they ship.

Shipping Information
Most of our clocks are shipped UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost by calling brunings.com. Bouma, Zenith or other freight service will ship grandfather clocks, curio cabinets and other large clocks. Please allow up to two weeks for items shipped by motor freight to arrive. Sorry, No COD orders.
